Our “Hospitality Service” begins even before a “guest” enters our hospital. The hospital campus, with beautiful flowers, plants and trees rivals that of lush garden hotels. Once they are inside the hospital, they are greeted by a caring Customer Service Representative (CSR). The hospital and all facilities are kept sparkling clean and bright by carefully-trained environmental services personnel. At Apollo Imperial Hospitals we have spared no expense in creating a restaurant-quality kitchen and food service. Each day a Western and Bangladeshi menu is provided. As found in every quality hotel environment, specifically-trained CSRs are always available to handle any “guests” needs or meet their expectations.
