Interventional Stroke Management. For acute ischemic stroke within 4 and ½ hour of symptom onset we use IV tPA (clot busting medicine), if symptoms persist after IV tPA, we apply endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) until 12 hour of symptom onset which helps significantly to reduce the stroke related deficit
