AIH IT department has started their vision towards the benefit of paperless service through IT facilities for the proper functionality of the organization for both its users and healthcare services. To make this happen, a set of skilled professionals are involved, where they are assigned for their designated task such as Software, Hardware, Networking and infrastructure with 24×7 dedicated support services.

IT Services are:

  • AIH IT has web-based application as Hospital Information System (HIS) and Picture Archiving and communication System (PACS) for the hospital clinical services from any workstation of the organization smoothly.
  • A complete automated IT based Laboratory (LIS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) have been initiated without any human error for the investigation and services. Tele-Radiology and Tele-Medicine are other facilities of IT.
  • AIH IT have Network based CCTV monitoring system, Public Announcing system, Electronic Access Control System, Time Attendance System with integrated HR and Payroll Software, Nurse Call System and Network based IP Phone services on desk for its users.
  • The benefit of IT is now a matter of situation on demand and we are here to take the facilities to provide the best service towards the satisfactory level for its users.
